Any service performed by the company DIMEX implies unconditional acceptance of the buyer to these general conditions of sale.
Article 2 Product Overview
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the various sections "Products" of our website. The photographs do not enter the contractual field. Responsibility for DIMEX company can not be committed if errors were introduced. All texts and images presented on DIMEX Company's website are reserved for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property unless expressly indicated; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
Article 3 Duration of validity of offers to sell
The products are offered for sale while stocks last. When ordering a product become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this as soon as possible by email or by post.
Article 4 Product Prices
Our site www.epreuves-d-artistes.com indicates the prices in euros all taxes included, excluding postage. The VAT amount is specified in the selection of a product by the customer and the shipping cost will appear on the screen at the end of the selection of different products by the customer.
The DIMEX Company reserves the right to modify its prices constantly but the ordered products are invoiced at prices prevailing during the recording of the order.
The proposed rates include rebates and discounts that the company DIMEX would have to provide given its results or support by the purchaser of certain benefits.
No discount will be given for early payment.
Article 5 Operation
The customer validates his order when the button "Confirm your order" at the bottom of the "Summary of your order" page after accepting these terms and conditions. Before this validation, it is automatically offered the customer to check each of the elements of his order; he can correct his errors.
The DIMEX company confirms the order by e-mail; this information takes including all elements of the order and the customer's right of withdrawal.
The data recorded by the company DIMEX constitute proof of the nature, content and date of the order. This is archived by the company DIMEX under the conditions and the legal deadlines; the client can access this filing by contacting the Customer Relations department.
Article 6 Payment Terms
The settlement of orders placed on the site online is by credit card.
Article 7 Late payment
In case of default of payment or part payment of goods delivered on the day of receipt, the purchaser must pay to the company Dimex Framing a late penalty equal to one and half times the legal rate of interest.
The rate of legal interest is that in force on the date of delivery of the goods.
This penalty is calculated on the amount of duty outstanding sum, and runs from the price due date without any prior notice being required.
In accordance with Articles 441-6 v. com. and D. 441-5 v. com., any delay in payment of right entails, besides the late penalties, an obligation for the debtor to pay a lump sum of 40 € for recovery costs.
Additional compensation can be claimed on supporting when recovery costs exceed the amount of the fixed allowance.
Article 8 Delivery
Every product comes without warranty as to the time, except for deliveries to individuals. The deadline for delivery varies depending on their address. It is set for an address in France, the day of payment + 8 days and for other destinations, the day of payment + 1 month.

Article 10 Money Back
The customer has 14 days from delivery to return the product, the cost of return being dependent. He is then refunded the product price in the month of receiving it. However, if returned incomplete, damaged or dirty, the customer will not be refunded.
